I would recommend separating the boys from the girls for a start. Males will not fight with each other and you will prevent further pregnancies. Im 12. I have three guinea pigs. 2 males and a female.(the males are not together) My female is pregnant and is due soon. could you tell me everything pregnant guinea pigs need? because i really want everything to be ok and i want to do everything i can to reduce any problems that can occur. She is quiite a small guinea pig and her stomachs pretty big. shes about 4 months. i got her when she was pregnant. Also, im not sure if one of my guinea pigs teeth is overgrown. Should i take him to the vet to get them trimmed? and what can i do to keep them down.

hi i was wondering if you could offer me any advice, there is a flock of wild indian ringnecks where i live and i caught a female about 2 months ago, I have a male already and she was coming to visit him daily, that's how i caught her. I bought a breeding box and managed to get it in the cage. She has been in there for the last 3 weeks and comes out very rarely and my male has become very aggressive and bites me. Will I be able to tame the female and my male again and eventually get the chicks out if there if there are any.

I own and foster greyhounds - love them to bits. I'm no expert but I believe that it all depends on the dog.

For instance, I have two at the moment, both straight out of kennels - I own one and am fostering one. When fostering, I have found that within a week, they are a far more settled dog, and within 6 weeks, it's like they were born on your couch. Luckily, when adopting, these dogs have already adjusted to being house pets and have been taught a lot of house pet rules.

The one I own, whom I've had a little longer was always going to be 'the elegant lady', and the other is the energetic boy who wants to be the first to discover everything. Having said that, they both sleep A LOT, they both enjoy walks and gallops, and they are both brilliant dogs with completely opposite personalities!

I hope you find the perfect dog for you! (If you need advice, check out the site I listed... Geordie is the one I'm currently fostering).

I have an adopted greyhound and agree with everything posted here about what good pets they make. The best part of Onyx is that the longer I have him, the more "dog-like" he becomes. After over a year, he is actually learning to play, and gets so excited when I get his leash down. He is 100% pure love-bug!

that is normal for a guinea pig they are easily starteled by people if u are to loud and frighten it if it runs away just leave it in the cage for a while a pet it it will eventually be fine

my guinea-pig run from me when i try to get him out of his cage but is fine when i get him out. is this normal?

I've always wanted a greyhound. Do you know if the retired racing greyhounds are more calm than ones that you get fresh out of a shelter and haven't raced before? Do the retired ones have more of a prey drive?
